Buddy D. Johnson, 93, of Sewanee, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025, at Quality Rehab and Healing in Lebanon.  A native of Franklin County, he was born in Sewanee on Jan.19, 1932, to the late Charlie and Gladys Johnson.

Visitation will be from noon – 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 26, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Victor Tiller officiating. Interment will be at Eastern Star Cemetery with military honors bestowed.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
