Joyce Elaine Cunningham, 71, of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2025, at Baroness Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga.  A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on March 14, 1953, to the late James Avery and Mildred A. (Hill) Cunningham. 

Visitation will be from 12-2p.m. on Monday, Feb. 10, 2025, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Funeral Services will follow at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.  Interment will be at Winchester City Cemetery.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
