Patsy Yvonne Beare, passed this life on Sunday, May 17, 2026 at Bailey Manor in Manchester at the age of 94.

Mrs. Beare was born in Herrin, Illinois to the late Kenneth and Lucille Johnson Davis. For a period of time, she worked in sales at Zwicks Ladies Store, but took the most pride in being a dedicated homemaker. She loved to cook and bake for her family, especially her children and grandchildren. Above all else, her faith was the most important thing in her life. Mrs. Beare was a long-time member of First Baptist Church in Tullahoma where she had taught Sunday School and GAs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Beare.

She is survived by two daughters, Terri (Ron) Gray and Toni Lee Beare-Peterson; one sister, Dixie Lee (Mike) Kolaksky; seven grandchildren, Casey (Megan) Houck, Jessica Houck, Jason Houck, Aaron (Claire) Proffitt, Robert (Gretchen) Proffitt, Heather Sullenger, and Katherin (Steve) Giguere; and nine great-grandchildren, Natalie, Landon, Greyson, Henleigh, Hadlee, Maya, Julian, Owen, and Hunter.

Funeral was held Friday, May 22, 2026 at Kilgore Funeral Home with Herb Hester and Jerry Pullum officiating. Burial followed at Rose Hill Memorial Gardens. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Bailey Manor and Gentiva Hospice for their loving care and compassion.
