An extremely talented 2025-2026 Tullahoma girls’ basketball team saw another player, senior Aubrey North, commit to play basketball at the college level. The fourth-year guard for THS will play basketball at Montreat College.

North had a spectacular season for the THS basketball team. Her ability to fight through adversity all season was notable. She helped set the tone for the young Lady Wildcats’ team with her effort on offense and defense. There was never a lapse from North, through leg injuries and all, she did all she could to help Tullahoma win night in and night out. The combination of this and her sharpshooting abilities played a huge part in Tullahoma making it to the state tournament for the first time since 1977.

One of North’s best games of her senior season came on senior night. The Lady Wildcats defeated Franklin County High School, and North scored 12 points, as she made four 3-pointers. North, in the postseason, also had a huge game against Lawrence County High School. She scored 12 points on another four 3-pointer night. She made a three in every quarter.
