Wobble Gobble 5K this Saturday

Those looking for a reason to put on their running shoes can still sign up for the Tullahoma Area Chamber of Commerce’s sixth annual Wobble Gobble 5K.
The run/walk 5K will take to the streets of downtown Tullahoma this Saturday, Nov. 22. Specifically, the route will take runners down Jackson and Atlantic streets as they will catch a glimpse of several historic sites and sounds of Tullahoma.
Some of the historical highlights will include the Tullahoma Fine Arts Center, South Jackson Performing Arts Center, History Park, multiple historic downtown churches, City Hall, the railroad tracks and more along the course.
Those wanting to register will have until this Saturday to fill out their registration forms. Those looking to register will need to visit runsignup.com/Race/TN/Tullahoma/TACCWobbleGobble5K and fill out the form. The cost for admission is $40 before fees. New this year is for children ages 6-17 will have a fee of $20 to participate, while registration for “Lil’ Turkeys” for children ages 5 and under will be free, but still need to register.
Last year’s 5K race saw 483 runners line up at the starting line, which was a record for the run, while hundreds more cheered on the runners while enjoying the festivities.
This year’s Wobble Gobble 5K is sponsored by Chick-fil-a, FirstBank, F.I.T Beyond Therapy, Fogarty & Robertson Orthodontics, Sherrill Pest Control and Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital.
