Dorothy Sue Robertson, age 86 of Huntland, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2024.  She was born on Oct. 26, 1938, in Rome, Georgia, to the late Lois Doris Lanham Easterwood and Clarence “Pete” Easterwood.  

A graveside service was held on Friday, Nov. 22, at Mt. Carmel Cemetery with Colton Richardson, Daniel Robertson, Reese Bragg, Charles Kendzierski, Paul Schwer, and Travis Ennies serving as pallbearers. Special thanks to her caregivers who helped to keep her in her home: Sara Gilliam, Kathryn Reed, Virginia Atkins, Donna Ray, and her hospice nurses. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Moore-Cortner Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
