Blake Jonathan Michael Lewis of Tullahoma passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2026, at the age of 24. Blake was born in Nashville, TN to the late Tammy Jo Lewis and Michael Maynor who survives. Blake worked at Jack Daniels and enjoyed fishing and being with his family and friends. In addition to his mother, Blake was preceded in death by his grandfather, Claborn Lewis; and one uncle, Mark Lewis. He is survived by his brother, Nathaniel Lewis; grandmother, Betty Jo Lewis; one aunt, Carolyn Chapin (Jeff); and one uncle, Chris Lewis.

Visitation for Blake was held on Sunday, April 12 at Kilgore Funeral Home. A graveside service took place Monday, April 13, at Franklin Memorial Gardens in Winchester with Willie Brunowsky officiating.

Kilgore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
