General Sessions

Sentences were handed out in General Sessions court. Actions included: Kyle Garrett Lusk was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-29 sentence for assault – threat of bodily injury and failure to appear in court.

Zakary James March was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Nicholas Andrew Merciers was given an 1129 sentence with six days, time served, for shoplifting.

Michael James Moore was given an 11-29 sentence and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Dominic Andres Morgan was given an 11-29 with 12 days, time served, for domestic assault.

Braelyn Nicoles was bound over to the grand jury on the charges of burglary– other than habitat or nonpublic building and DUI.

Jonathan Paul Nunley was ordered to serve 78 days of an 11-29 sentence for theft (up to $1,000).

Bryan Edward Smith was ordered to serve six days of an 11-29 sentence for failure to appear in court and driving with a revoked license.

Knika Renee Smith was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI.

Bryan Christopher Teal was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for meth possession or casual exchange.

Carl Chaney was bound over to the grand jury on the charges of possession of schedule I drugs and obedience to any required traffic control device.

Benjamin Andrew Easterly was bound over to the grand jury on the

charge of unlawful possession of a weapon.

Warren Edward Maxwell was given an 1129 sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for simple possession.

Gretchen McClain Dale was given an 11-29 sentence and must make restitution of $83.83 for shoplifting.

Kevin Mejia Diaz was ordered to serve three days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $350 plus costs for DUI and driving without a license.

Leah Martinez was given an 11-29 sentence and must pay $750 plus costs for simple possession.

Lisa Marie Smith was ordered to serve 40 days of an 11-29 sentence for shoplifting and failure to appear in court.

Markeith Deshawn Smith was directed to serve 120 days of an 11-29 sentence and must pay $120 plus costs for two counts of simple possession.
