Brenda Mary McKelvie, 67, passed this life on Sunday, May 24, 2026 at Elk River Nursing Home in Fayetteville.

Mrs. McKelvie was born in Newfoundland, Canada to the late Leo and Theresa Penny Dobbin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry McKelvie. She is survived by one son, Roland (Whitney) McKelvie; three grandchildren, Bryson, Kelsey, and Dylan; and numerous brothers and sisters.

Per Mrs. McKelvie’s wishes, no services are planned at this time. Kilgore Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
