Tullahoma News brings home eight state awards

The Tullahoma News continued its winning tradition this week as the publication was the recipient of eight awards from the Tennessee Press Association for work it did in 2025 including three first place awards.
Stanley Lynn Downs, 74

Stanley Lynn Downs, of Tullahoma, unexpectedly passed this life on Thursday, June 25th, 2026 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville at the age of 74. Stanley was born in Tullahoma to the late James and Alma Blanton Downs. During his life, he worked as a lead pump operator at AEDC.
